A Slip In Time

A Slip In Time - Kathleen Kirkwood I thought the idea was cool. I am not much for time travel stories because it usually means some contemporary elements, which I really don't care for. But this book has time travel between 15th and 19th centuries. Out of curiosity, I read it.

This book for me is a missed opportunity. The author chose to write about how they travel back and forth in time, made this novel more about time travel than romance. A lot of descriptions on how Julia navigated her way in the 19th century, trying to figure what was going on and the elderly gentlemen who were interested in science, who worked with Julia to find out more about time travels. The romance between Rae and Julia became secondary in the story.

I thought the idea was novel. But there is not enough information about the lead characters for me.
