The Vampire Who Loved Me

The Vampire Who Loved Me - Teresa Medeiros it should really be more 3 stars. the story is typical Teresa which is just fine for me. her style speaks to me. I start reading and immediately like it and want to know more. I have read other authors whose books I can't seem to get past 100 pages, in spite of the raving reviews they got. so I tend to believe that it's a matter of personal preferences.
the story is sweet enough as much as it can be as a vampire story. I think because the theme seems so removed from us, the romance seems a little far away too. But it's a sweet story with likable characters.
if the book wasn't written by Teresa I would have given a lower rating. this is not one of her better efforts so read it if you like her books usually and want to read a book that just talks to you in a way you understand. don't expect a soul-reaching love story.
