Eat, Pray, Love

Eat, Pray, Love - Elizabeth Gilbert I did not love the book.

But I commend Elizabeth Gilbert for writing this book. When I was reading this book and going with her on this journey, I felt that I knew what she meant. I have had moments where I sat on the floor in front of my bed and prayed to God and asked: what do I do?

I know people who absolutely despised this book. I quote: "what rubbish. She sounds like some spoiled college brat who has too much money and too much time."

Maybe that is true.

But I have also despaired at some point in life. And the desparation Elizabeth Gilbert depicted in her biographical literary attempt feels all too real to me. For that, I cannot fault or mock her.

On a lighter note and just a side note: how does she keep landing new boyfriends??
